Standard Repair Calls
between: 9AM to 4PM : MONDAY-THURSDAY
Standard repair calls will generally be carried out within two days, where possible.
Note: Monday call will be serviced on Tuesday/Wednesday, Friday call Monday/Tuesday the following week. We will organise a time for a standard repair call between:
10AM to 3PM – MONDAY- THURSDAY
10AM to 12 – FRIDAY
Once these times have been agreed we will access your property with a set of service keys upon your approval.
To allow us access for a repair please text prior to 7.30am to allow us to bring your service key otherwise we will need you to be present to provide access.
IF you wish to be present in the property during the repair you MUST be in the property to allow us access at the agreed time (if you agree to be in the property you cannot leave the property during these times), Note: some repairs may require all day access to the property. Some jobs may require a longer period to fix as we may require to get parts etc and we will require full access as under lease agreements (i.e. access your property with a set of keys upon approval).
Please DO NOT call for standard repairs after 5pm week days or during weekends
