We Got Very Lucky
A good landlord is understanding, assists you when you require it, and charges fair rent with no surprises. A good landlord can be hard to find, but when we were fortunate enough to find Ed, Richard and Ruth at The CastleLets, we knew that we got very lucky!
It has been a great ten years, and we would not have left if we would not have got our own place at last! The CastleLets have been the best landlords from the way how they fondly treated us. They always made sure to respond promptly to any problems at the house and provided the best services almost instantly. We were very comfortable, and we cannot thank Ed, Richard and Ruth enough.

As a first time flat owner and student, Ed and Ruth were nothing short of superb. Whenever we had an issue (which was rarely), they would fix it extremely fast. I was never ignored as they’re also very personable and easy to talk to. For my first home, I couldn’t have asked for more.
Best Landlords We Ever Had
We have been living in the apartment for 3 years and we can honestly say, Ruth and Ed have been the best landlords we ever had. The apartment was freshly renovated and was in a spot on condition. They were easy going, reliable, always reachable on the phone throughout the years. Whenever we had a problem, leaking, something broke or needed to be changed, we could call them and arrange a repair very quickly. 3 évig éltünk az albérletben és őszintén mondhatjuk, hogy Ruth és Ed voltak a legjobb főbérlők. A lakás frissen lett felújítva, tökéletes állapotban volt. Az évek során végig megbízhatóak voltak, elérhetőek telefonon, és mindent egybevetve, lazák. Bármi problémánk volt, ázás, valami elromlott vagy cserére szorult, felhívtuk őket és gyorsan meg lett javítva. Csak azért költöztünk el, mert saját házat vettünk, egyébként még mindig náluk laknánk. Ha hosszú távra keresel albérletet, megtaláltad a helyed.
The property Was Fantastic
As a man who works in the leasing business myself, I cannot overstate how much I respect Ed and Ruth. When I first stumbled across them, back in my student days, they looked like they were my salvation among the usually quite shady and exploitative landlords of Edinburgh, and during my entire tenancy absolutely nothing ever went against this gleaming first impression. They were honest, pleasant, fair and wonderfully willing to do repairs and maintenance, and the property itself was fantastic, both in general and in terms of the price/quality ratio. Should I ever come back to the northern Athens, Ed and Ruth will absolutely be my first choice for finding accommodation for my stay.

Ruth and Ed from Castlelets are the best landlords I have ever had. They are friendly, helpful and fair. I never felt ignored. What is more they gave me a hand when I found myself in a predicament. Highly recommend!
